IceClear FS is a patented 48% factory pre-mixed of highly refined USP glycerin per NFPA guidelines, designed for use in all types of wet fire systems, including CPVC. IceClear FS is FBCTM System Compatible. FBCTM System Compatible indicates that this product has been tested, and is monitored on an ongoing basis, to assure its chemical compatibility with FlowGuard Gold®, BlazeMaster® and Corzan® pipe and fittings. FBCTM, FlowGuard Gold®, BlazeMaste®r and Corzan® are licensed trademarks of the Lubrizol Corporation. IceClear FS meets the requirements of ASTM D2809, ASTM 4340, ASTM 1384, and ASTM D2570. Our state-of-the-art, non-nitrated corrosion package, provides outstanding extended protection against corrosion of steel, copper, brass, solder, cast aluminum, and cast iron. IceClear FS lubricates pumps and valves, provides excellent scaling resistance, is fully compatible with gaskets, seals, elastomers and other non-metallic pump and equipment parts, offers a freeze point of -15 F.
