I’ve had this case for like 3 years now and there’s barely any scratches or scrapes. Even my husband got the same case and I’ve suggested it to others as well. After getting a 12 I spent hours per day looking for a case. I didn’t want a new case. I didn’t want to upgrade phones because I liked my phone. I liked my phone because I liked my case. After giving up on every other top name brand case company I decided to give up and just happened to realize my old case had the company name on it. The front lip on the 8+ is thicker though. On my 8+ I usually put glitter, stickers, whatever on the back of my phone case and I can continue the same tradition. Safe to say it’s my favorite case of all time. Looks great and feels solid! *by D***. on Reviewed in the United States on November 16, 2020* When this arrived I was kind of skeptical based on how light and thin it felt but once I put it on it actually feels really solid! The sides are very durable despite not being very thick and the slightly raised edge around the screen makes me feel better about about drops. I’ve always gotten Speck cases and loved them but their options haven’t been impressing me.This was meant to be a stop gap case until more actual MagSafe enabled cases come out but I haven’t been impressed with apple’s charger so I may just stick with this and the ohsnap phone grip and charger. The case looks gorgeous on and really shows off the beautiful blue framed by a nice black.Speaking of MagSafe: one this that I did find is that just the thin transparent glass is enough to make the MagSafe chargers magnetic grip fairly weak. It stays on and you can lift it by the chord but any shaking will cause it to fall where as it will stay pretty well without the case. It gives just enough grip so you can easily pick up the phone but it still slides in and out of pockets well. I know when I put my phone in this case, it's protected. My last case lasted forever through a bunch of drops and the phone was never damaged. I'm confident this one will protect just as well.
