Not ocean‐harvested. The skinny kind everyone likes is ocean-harvested chondrus crispus but it's hard to come by. This stuff is not pool-grown like some other reviews say. That is the common misconception among sea moss. There are 3 types. Ocean-harvested, wild-crafted and pool-grown. **Q: Is this Gracilaria** A: No. **Q: Is there supposed to be a hole punch in the bag?** A: I don't know, but I'm assuming they put it there bc this stuff stinks and was a little wet and some mold.. My bags had holes in them too. I've purchased from others and there were no holes. **Q: Is it supposed to be wet inside? And why is there a hole punch in bag?** A: no it is not supposed to be wet ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sea moss I like this brand product *by M***S on September 13, 2026* Very good product I learned how to make my own sea moss and puréed it. All you have to do is soak it and change the water probably about two days the longer the better add your fruit and put it in your blender. Good product a lot better than buying it in a jar, you never know what you’re getting. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Meets all expectations *by B***S on September 11, 2026* Great product ### ⭐ This product has changed!! *by J***L on August 8, 2026* I ordered this a year ago from there website and I felt it was a good product, so a few months pasted and I ordered more but I noticed it was on Amazon now so I ordered it from there because of Prime, but I noticed there was shreds of plastic, maybe from a nylon sack, that you can’t see when it’s dry or wet cause it looks like sea moss. But after being blended it revealed itself because it didn’t blend, and I couldn’t pull or break it apart. So y’all I won’t be buying this brand again because I feel like it’s being Mass Produced now and Money Motives are seeping in, like in another review saying there’s tasted acidic in two days, maybe it was dried spoiled or after the expiration date. You never know, but I know one thing ✌️🤨 ## Frequently Bought Together - Sea Moss Raw - Wildcrafted Irish Sea Moss for Digestion and Gut Health - Makes 100oz of Gel - Sundried 16oz - Elderwise Raw Sea Moss | Organic Seamoss Makes 20oz of Gel | Wildcrafted Golden Sea moss | Raw & Non GMO Certified | Sundried | Mineral and Vitamin Rich | Golden - Purple Sea Moss | Irish Moss | Wildcrafted from St. Lucia | 100% Natural | Makes Over 50oz Seamoss Gel - 4oz --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/236093856-trueseamoss-raw-sea-moss-wildcrafted-irish-moss-16oz-1lb-gel](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/236093856-trueseamoss-raw-sea-moss-wildcrafted-irish-moss-16oz-1lb-gel) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-21*
