Just okay
I was super excited to debut this for our holiday dinner, but was totally disappointed. I added celery and onions and used vegetable broth, but there was no flavor. I have never had this problem with stuffing. For this price, I would have expected so much more. It was a holiday fail and I learned my lesson to steer clear of this brand.

Ok in a pinch
Not a lot of flavor so we added poultry spices. Otherwise followed the recipe. I bought it from fear of being unable to find cornbread stuffing only to see Pepperidge Farm Cornbread Stuffing, unavailable online, on sale at grocery store for a quarter of the price. So, all in all, would not buy this product again unless anything else unavailable.

Not too bad; I've had a lot worse
This is actually one of the better GF mixes, but you really have to work to make it so. I punched it up with a lot of butter, Italian sausage, chopped apples and a lot of spices. No matter how much I mixed it up, the texture remained inconsistent, with some parts soggy and others dry. Still, I would use it again.

Organic cornmeal used in it
I will certainly purchase it again. It's delicious and also use it in casseroles. Thank you.

Lots of money and effort for a disappointing result
Meh. I've cooked a lot of different stuffings over the years, and I've never had such a disappointing experience as this one.Basically, you get a little plastic bag of croutons for $9. There aren't any dehydrated veggies or bouillon or anything in here. It's literally a little packet of very expensive dried bread with some spices. To cook this, you'll be purchasing your own butter, broth, celery, and onion, which brings the total cost to at least $15 per batch. Unfortunately, the results were "not good."I went out and bought some celery just to prepare this properly and give it a fair assessment. I used three stalks of organic celery, one large onion, 2.5 cups high-quality bone broth, and 1 stick Irish cultured butter.Basically, you chop/saute the veggies in a pan with the butter until soft, add the broth, pour it in a separate mixing bowl, and add the croutons, stir/sit for 10+ minutes (mine took a lot longer), and then either stuff your bird OR bake in ANOTHER pan for 30-40 minutes. This takes at least an hour and a half to make, and it's still somehow both soggy and crunchy (inside!) and has an awful burnt/bitter aftertaste. My croutons were very dark right out of the bag, so maybe they actually were burnt before I started, but either way, it was "not good." When you're done, you've got to wash at least three different pans and a bunch of other stuff. It's a disappointing amount of time and effort and money for the outcome. It's definitely edible, but I 100% would never purchase this product. For reals.
