Thank you** A: I think it’s designed to show you are breathing in too hard so if you can go longer and slower it will make less noise and get more of the spray into your lungs **Q: How do you remove the mouthpiece for cleaning** A: If I remember correctly you can’t remove the mouthpiece but you can soak the whole chamber in warm soapy water which cleans the whole thing. The piece where the inhaler goes does come off but it’s best to let the spacer air dry and not use a tea towel etc to dry it. **Q: does this come with the mask** A: Hi, This one doesn't come with mask.
