**Q: How do I take this product?**
A: Our pregnenolone liquid is designed to be taken orally. Keep the product in your mouth as long as possible. If sensitive to alcohol, put the drops in a spoon with some olive or coconut oil (or similar), and swish around in your mouth.

**Q: Will absorption be impacted if I mix the pregnenolone liquid with water or oil?**
A: We recommend taking the straight drops, but you can mix them with 1/4 tbsp or so of water or oil (coconut, MCT, olive e.g.) and slowly swish in the mouth. This reduces consistent dosing but still brings health benefits.

**Q: What is the alcohol content?**
A: About 60%. Per drop, it is an extremely minute amount, less than 1/1000th of a glass of wine, for example. If sensitive to alcohol, put the drops in a spoon with some olive or coconut oil (or similar), and swish around in your mouth.

**Q: What is the alcohol derived from?**
A: Corn, however, there is no corn in the final product. In the production of alcohol, corn is converted to sugar. Sugar is converted to alcohol. Alcohol is purified through distillation. Proteins and other grains are separated from Ethyl alcohol.

**Q: What is the glycerin derived from?**
A: Certified Sustainable Palm Oil (CSPO) - refined hard fractionated of palm oil. An ideal carrier to keep the DHEA suspension intact, in tandem with the alcohol content.

Age 73 on HRT estradiol patch, would love to keep my bones healthy, but started holding water from patch & progesterone wasn’t helping. No I wasn’t eating excessive salt either. I eat healthy & low carb, exercise regularly w much walking w golf & gym. Reduced estradiol patch to 1/2 still no relief. Pulled off patch completely-still holding water. I noticed the Pregnenolone I had in refrig. Looked up info & started taking 3 drops 2x’s today. Water started pouring out of me regularly all day (WOW). I wasn’t consuming additional water excessively. The white patches that were on my thighs when I’d press my hand (and release) are not there now—that’s fast. I understand it’s like the mother of all hormones & helps to regulate them all. I’ll continue to take this but in a lesser amount after tomorrow. Amazed at the fast results. Love Biomatrix products. Feel so relaxed & even fell asleep during a meditation this afternoon. Excited to see how my sleep is tonight. So very grateful.
