We like Samsung items so after a lot of research we tried Amazon and they were the best price and quickest delivery. They only charged £15 for unpacking and removing the old unit and packaging. Most companies are much more. Likes - it has a light built in, is easy to use, large drum and it senses when items are dry. Water receptacle is high up which is easier on knees. If it saves as much money as they claim it will have been a good investment as it's not cheap.
