First dosa comes good. Next one would be very messy. Would this be solved if we do at low heat?** A: Well, for me the first dosa is always messed up. Try medium heat and add little water to the dosa dough. Make a couple small ones before making a larger one. **Q: It came with a T-shaped wood tool.
