You can prove it to yourself by setting up a simple test. Put two small plates on your counter with a small amount of sugar on one and an equal amount of Pyure Stevia on the other. Have a family member close their eyes, lick their left pointer finger, and place it on one of the samples. Then have them do the same using their right pointer finger on the other sample. Have them taste both and ask them which is the Pyure Stevia.
