They're quite cushy and nice to walk on. I frequently wear platforms or heels though, so maybe do some calf pulses before you go buying these if you anticipate having an issue lol. Works in my 11 1/2 boots with no problem. I used the main insert with 1 add-on. The others work , however, they are a dead give away as this added almost 5 inches to my height. So I went went subtle.
