Just place the seat close to the front edge so it creates the perfect sized seat for your little one. **Q: What is the exact weight limit. My 4.5-year-old sits on it, but it looks like it could buckle. She's probably close to 50 lbs.** A: There have been times I couldn’t balance everything in a public toilet with my granddaughter and I was able to sit on the potty hippo. I’m 5’3” 130lbs and it didn’t collapse so I believe 50 lbs would be safe. **Q: Is this easy to remove from the public toilet seat (like an airplane toilet)?** A: Very easy. You just click open the tabs that hold it in place, then place the seat on top of the toilet. When you are finished, just pick the seat back up and fold to put away. There is nothing that makes it difficult to attach or remove from the toilet seat. There is rubber under the travel potty seat to keep it in place and prevent it from sliding around. ## Frequently Bought Together - Hippypotamus Travel Potty Seat for Toddler - Folding Potty Training Seat - Portable Toilet Seat Cover for Baby & Kids (PINK Unicorn) - Eli with Love 20 Pack Extra Large Disposable Toilet Seat Cover (Floral) – Toddler Toilet Covers For Full Coverage On Toilet or Potty – Ideal Travel Toilet Seat Covers For Kids and Adults - Travel Potty for Toddler, Portable and Foldable Toilet, Apply to Seat Emergency Toilet for Car, Camping, Outdoor, Indoor (pink, small) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/237176558-hippypotamus-travel-potty-seat-for-toddler-folding-potty-training-seat](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/237176558-hippypotamus-travel-potty-seat-for-toddler-folding-potty-training-seat) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-28*
