Review: Great addition to home gym! - This ab machine was super easy to assemble. Literally took only 5 minutes once it was free of the packaging. Although it's super lightweight, making it easy to move around, it is incredibly sturdy. I currently weigh about 185 lbs and I felt very secure using it. It's a good looking piece of equipment too. But if you want to store it, it folds up to lean against a wall or slide under a bed. I highly recommend this machine.

This ab machine was super easy to assemble. Literally took only 5 minutes once it was free of the packaging. Although it's super lightweight, making it easy to move around, it is incredibly sturdy. It's a really good machine I like it you can definitely feel the workout. It's very lightweight and it can fold up to be stored up against a wall. Only giving it four stars because no matter what I do or how I do it it puts strain on my back and I've read that a lot about this machine. Take it easy on the machine don't do too much cuz you will mess your back up.
