They stay cold for over an hour and the sleeves to hold them in place and protect your skin are a bonus. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ice packs are great and remain ice cold for 25-30 min *by M***A on September 9, 2016* Ice packs are great and remain ice cold for 25-30 min. The included strap that holds the ice pack works very well and allows me to move around and do stuff while icing. The reason I took off one star is due to the quality of the strap. The Velcro strip that holds the ice pack in place is already very worn out after maybe 2 dozen uses. Not a big deal because when wrapped it doesn't have a chance of falling out. The second issue is the elastic strap. It works great, but again after 2 dozen uses its already showing signs of being stretched out. Additionally the Velcro what hold the strap securely is already wearing out. I don't see it lasting very long so I'll have to get new pieces sewn in to keep it alive. Like I said, it's very useful. If I had to buy them again I would still make the purchase.
