Week two of using this product ( Twisted Apple Flavor ), my stomach is fine and so is my behind. My take is that people are such bit**es these days. They want a lot of energy, no crash, good flavor, raging pumps, no tingling feeling, some want creatine others do not, or basically all the results of steroids but without using steroids. If you want great flavor use BSN products, they are known for high amounts of fillers and have also been sued for flat out lying to customers, but hey they taste good. First decide, do you want muscles or do you want a freaking dessert ? If you are looking for a dessert that tastes like whip cream and apple strudel, look elsewhere. However, if your into building muscles read on.Pros:Pump - Gives me great pumps, even after 2 weeks of use. Although i must admit that i did increase the dose. I started with half a scoop in case you were wondering.Energy - If you are sensitive to caffeine, start like me with half a scoop. This is not a product to jump in head first. I take ADHD medication so i am quite used to stimulants, but even so decided to start with half a scoop as a precaution. Nonetheless, great energy throughout my workout with little to no crash that i can pinpoint.Mood - Gave me a euphoric feeling, but not lightheadedness. Could be just me though. But definitely seems like ever since i started using it my mood has improved.Muscle - Veins are more apparent, strength is much better, workouts are more intense and in general i feel invincible.Cons:Flavor - I have the twisted apple flavor, and besides tasting absolutely nothing like apple, it is easy to drink although could be better. I personally dont think it is bad at all and also don't really feel all the spicy flavor everyone else is talking about. Hey, maybe i'm a mutant. Overall, the flavor could be better, but im in the muscle business not dessert industry.I really can't think of any other cons honestly. DO NOT TAKE AFTER 4PM. I weigh 260 and take two scoops and it is more than enough energy. It also contains a fat burner that gives it a somewhat spicy taste. The fat burner is cayenne pepper encased in a dissolvable film. If you do not consume within about 20min the film will dissolve and the drink will become noticeable spicy. I do have problems sleeping when I use the product late at night but that is to be expected when taking 400mg of caffeine in a full serving. Also contains enough beta alanine to get the side effect of itchiness.This product definite has negatives such as the spicy flavor and the large amounts of caffeine, but it works too well for me to stop taking it. Incredible energy and pumps every single workout. Anyways as a pre-workout, I like it a lot. If you're not a fan of Beta Alanine then this is not for you, because this one makes you tingle like no other. Gives you plenty of energy and focus throughout your workout. I would like to see a bit of an improved pump matrix as this does not give you that great of a pump. When I workout with this, I notice a large increase in my body temperature. Don't know if this is intentional or just a bad reaction to me, but I've come to like it.
