I have been using this product for more than two years. Usually I buy two 500g bottles once in two months. Every time I received very good quality item except in one occasion where I got very poor quality Ghee (both the bottles. White solid part settled in the bottom of the jar and smell ws also not good - definitely it was adulterated. As I opened tha package after 15 days of receipt, I did not report the issue to Amazon. That is why I am giving a 4 star rating.
