He's obsessed with trucks especially dump trucks but loves, garbage trucks, cement trucks and "diggers" the most, this will be a wonderful present for him. (Side note the tiny trash can inside is adorable). The truck seems sturdy, I did try to pull off the wheels and the back flap by hand and they seem nice and strong. The sounds are very loud imho so I'll be giving it to them without the batteries inside so the parents can make the choice of whether it's a silent toy or not because I used to hate when people constantly gave my daughter noisy toys.
