It was fairly easy to install, in that it is thicker than some of the other screen protectors and so will not kink and and crease as easily. I would prefer to install one of these in a computer clean room, but if you don't have access to such a facility, just remember to thoroughly clean your screen and then go over it lightly with scotch tape to remove the last bits of lent and dust. Only uncover a section, stick that down, and then slowly remove the plastic from the rest, as you push it down. If you find a dot of dust, pull the plastic back, try to gently scrape it off with the end of a metal nail file, or cuticle pusher, and then try again. The last can be tricky as if you push too hard with your scraper, you can dent the plastic. I am glad they sent quite a few of these protectors in one box, as I went through three before I managed to get a dust/fur free application. Remember to lock all cats and dogs in another room, as they seem to have an instinct for knowing when their fur can inflict maximum damage and chaos (lost protector 1 this way), and make sure you wear clothes that are free of fur (protector 2 bit the dust, or should I say fur this way).
