**Q: My yeast seems dead. Almost no activity after 24 hrs temp is at 75F average, 10lbs sugar in 5gls, Whats going on?**
A: tested at a diferent tempeture

**Q: How much of the yeast would you use for one gallon? A teaspoon? A tablespoon?**
A: Thanks for asking. You just need to follow the dose instructions on the package which is one package per 6.5 gallons. Therefore, you would use .15 packs (or .75oz) per gallon.

**Q: from what I see a pack will do 10 gal. of wash. can I get larger packs?**
A: We only have the 135 gram packages but we do have listings for 1,2, and 4 packs of it.

**Q: I put the entire pack of yeast into 6 gallons of honey mash. is this ok? additionally, the yeast seems much less active, if at all, after a day.**
A: sounds like temp isn’t regulated properly.
