Asking for a friend.** A: It cannot give an enema, because enemas require water to go all the way up into the rectum, high enough to cause a stir to release impaction. A bidet can’t do that, but it can flush into the rectum, maybe about 1” up, but that’s it. Not even close to what an enema does. Plus an enema requires you to hold the bag of water high for gravity to pressurize the water in going high into the rectum. A bidet is lower than the bum, so, by logic, it can’t work.
