As a non-crafty person in a family of very crafty people, this was a perfect kit for me! It contained almost everything I needed to start my new hobby. The only disappointing things were the essential oils that came with the kit. They don’t smell good. I purchased higher quality, better oils from somewhere else. I also purchased additional soy wax and some small mason jars. But I didn’t need to buy those to begin making candles. This kit includes wax, oils, wicks, stickers, colors, stirring sticks, a thermometer, small containers, and the melting pot. The only thing you will need that isn’t included is a kitchen scale.
