I prefer having a glass water bottle because I know it is more sanitary than a plastic one. I had one before that had a sleeve on it but it is VERY difficult to get the sleeve on and off so when I found this one I was very excited to give it a try. The bottle holds the same amount as a regular bottle of water that you can buy in the store. However, this bottle along with the outer sleeve helps to keep my water cool or hot depending on what I am using it for. I love the outer sleeve that comes with it because it has a handle to be able to carry it with me the gym easily. Another cool thing is that it comes with a little stainless steel strainer so if you want to add any fruit to your water it stays under the strainer so you can drink without the fruit flowing into your mouth and the strainer clicks into place easily and stays in place too. Being glass the bottle is also dishwasher friendly! The only thing I found a tad annoying is the wide mouth but that is just because I tend to not drink from it correctly so I spill water all over myself sometimes.
