Review: Buying more... but getting better carrying pouch next time - I've had this about a month or so, and I really like this water bottle. I will 100% be buying more if these to give a gifts. My water stays cold in the heat, and my tea stays hot in the cold. (Though I should probably do a time test at some point to determine just for how long... I'll update this if/when I do) Having 64 oz of very cold water on hand no matter where I go, means I'm much more likely to get my full 8 glasses a day. Just have to drink the whole jug, and I know I did it - which most days isn't as hard as it sounds. Straw sipping cap is the only one I've been using, and in case anyone is wondering... it reaches the bottom no problem. You won't end up with a bunch of liquid in the bottom that the straw won't let you get at. I've dropped it on its cap while it's full and heavy, and it's flown off my passenger seat to the floor more times than I can count, but the handle part of the cap doesn't have even a small crack. That was the part I thought would snap off, but it's pretty durable! The carrying case it comes with is sorely lacking, but does what it needs to until I get something else. The strap bites into my neck and shoulder pretty hard, and the rubbery-plastic thing on it does nothing to prevent this because it has no padding of any kind. If it was a soft silicone or more flexible rubber, that would even make a difference tbh. It could really use a little pocket for a phone, snacks, or other small items to go into. The company sells one, but part of the reason I got this was because it already had something to carry it with... Water is heavy when you're hauling around 64 oz, so a better strap is an absolute must-have. I feel like I have no choice but to buy a different strap at minimum, or a different carrying pouch altogether. Which isn't a very satisfying feeling. I do wish the mouth of the bottle itself was slightly larger. I have reasonably small hands, but can't reach inside to wash it. Pretty much have to use a bottle brush or sponge + cooking spoon to clean it out. Especially unfortunate if you ever plan to take anything other than water in it. TLDR; No pocket on carrying pouch and the strap for it sucks. The bottle itself is durable (as is the lid!) and honestly amazing. Jug opening not wide enough to fit adult hands into for cleaning. 10/10 will buy another.

A: I thought mine were missing, too, but then I found them inside of the water bottle. The 2 straws, straw cleaner and strap for the carrier were all inside.

A: Yes, search Buzio Replacement Accessories! You get a cap, 2 straws, and a straw cleaner for $14.99 plus tax if applicable! I just went ahead and paid the extra $20 and upgraded to the 64 oz! I love Buzio!

The build quality is superior to others I've used in the past. The seal is solid, no leaking issues. The water stays cold for days on end, especially when I keep a lot of ice inside it. Always convenient to have around when you want some Ice Cold Water at random times and you don't have to worry about it melting and the water getting warm anytime soon. To me, the price is worth it 100%. I ordered one a few years back, but since I lost it recently, I ordered again. This beats other brands like "The Coldest" which is a bit overpriced and doesn't even stay cold for as long as this does. Yes I'm a real person making this review lol. No I'm not paid to leave this review either. Go ahead and get you one, what you waiting for? The color options are cool too, but I personally keep the insulated cover on it. I don't use the shoulder strap (because unless your a hiker, who walking around with it on your shoulder lol) but I do use the regular handle it comes with which is cool.
