Only reason I'm giving it 4 stars rather than 5 is the instruction manual isn't very good. I found manuals for other Aquah heaters online that were much more detailed. Shipping was fast, the heater arrived 48 hours after I ordered it and customer service actually answers their phone. A couple of things to keep in mind, be sure to flush your water line before making the last connection to the heater because it if gets at all clogged with debris, it won't start. Also be prepared for a longer wait for hot water at the faucet then you'd get with a tank heater, but once the hot water arrives, it's nice and hot and stays at a steady temp.
