However just two weeks over a year usage and it stopped working. Contacted the company but they are based in America! So they want me to send it over with me footing the cost for sending it there and once they know what’s wrong then I have to pay to get it fixed and sent back to me. Literally two weeks out of guarantee. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. This is a good product no doubt so good for the family but at the price you pay it should last longer than a year. Still thinking of buying it again but I’m not sure as can’t go through this again. I’m sorry this has been a long review. I am updating this review as I have been in contact with customer service and they have sent me a new one.
