It is a smaller version of an electric drill, without variable speed/control features! Easy to overwind strings! Still, if you string a guitar manually, this will shorten the time used for changing said strings ten-fold if you can manage the speed! **Q: What is the difference in the pro vs. the non pro?** A: The Power Peg uses four (4) AA batteries.
