- EXTREMELY FLEXIBLE: Flexifil has been developed to meet the requirements of heavy usage and extreme flexing on leather, such as heavily cracked seating cushions that come under constant use. Once applied to leather, it will never crack or flake out.
- EASY TO USE: Using a spatula or palette knife, lightly spread the filler over the cracked leather, following the direction of the cracks. Allow to dry then repeat the process until the cracks are full. Lightly sand to create a smooth finish then apply a Leather Repair Paint or Colourant.
- SELF-LEVELLING: The Flexifil will flow evenly into the cracks, forming a strong bond with the leather so only a small amount is required for each application.
- FOR BEST RESULTS: We recommend applying Leather Binder to the leather before using Flexifil; this creates a much stronger base for the Flexifil to sit on.

**Q: Could this help with worn through corners on a leather bag?**
A: Depends on how worn they are!
This filler will work on cracks, and holes if they are very small if you let each coat dry and fill until level or just proud and rub down with emery board or fine sandpaper.
If the hole is larger try and put something behind, a piece of leather or something similar.

**Q: Would this work on leather bound books**
A: Works great. Fixed two small holes in the drivers seat. Just be patient and use several thin coats, drying each with a hair dryer. Smooth the last coat with some fine sandpaper then finish with a coat or two of leather dye. Did mine in about 20 minutes, easy.

**Q: hi would your heavy flexifil be ok to fill heavy cracked dining chair seats, the cracks the edges are raised slightly.This is just with heavy use.**
A: Hi, yes, you can use our Flexifil for this type of damage. You will need to colour over the repaired areas using our Repair Paint.

**Q: For cracks in soft leather shoes is this flexi product better than heavy filler? Can it be applied directly or needs a material to bond over first?**
A: You need to stir it well first of all. Fill the gap completely and then use a hair dryer on it for several minutes to harden the material before painting it with the correct leather paint. Take your time over it to get good results.
