This 9-foot version of the PROAIM jib is specially designed to work perfectly with mini DV cameras up to 18 pounds. The jib arm is made of two ribbed sections that make it strong and sturdy, and the jib adjustment metal wire system make this jib crane tripod stand smooth, sturdy, with no arm bends or jerks. This is truly the ideal solution for startup film-makers and production companies, as well as professional and independent film makers.Tilting movements are achieved with the control handle, and the jib uses standard household style exercise weights (with one-inch hole). A fixed camera angle can be achieved when the controlling handle is locked with a pin. The jib comes complete with its own stand, so no additional tripod is necessary, making equipment to location easier.
