Review: Lightweight shoe rack that is unbelievably sturdy and strong. - I was blessed with my Dad's feet (not the best thing for a short female with size 10 narrow feet)! I survived being laughed at and teased as a kid. I had the same style shoe for 4 years as it was the only one that would fit correctly. So fast forward to 2024. I can now find all sorts of beautiful shoes that are very affordable and very nice. Also, when you get to be a bit older guess what? Your shoes seem to last and last. I found myself in a wonderful predicament of having many, many pairs of shoes - and no great place to store them. I read the reviews and decided to try this little rack. It is narrow and tall. I am able to access all of the shelves. I can move this unit around with all of my shoes on it. Finally my closet looks really very neat. The best thing is I have all of my shoes handy and can easily find what I need. I purchased "used very good" and was pleasantly surprised how easily it went together. I feel so fortunate to have this wonderful shoe rack, to have more than 1 pair or shoes and lastly to have feet that work perfectly well (even if they do look like my Dad's)!

**Q: Is it stable ?  I want to use this shoe rack on carpet.**
A: The shoe rack is awesome. I love it! Fits perfectly on carpet in my closet and it's stable.

**Q: Approximately how many pairs of shoes and some boots will it hold?**
A: It will hold 10 pairs of shoes, 2 on each shelf. Boots would depend on how tall they are and how many. For example, if you only have 2 pairs of boots they could go on the top shelf, but if you have more, and they're tall, you'd have to remove one shelf and you could then have room for 2 pairs. But hiking boots would just fit like shoes. Hope that helps.

**Q: If you remove a shelf for boots, are you losing height of unit?  Or just a shelf?**
A: I have mine in 2 different sections. They include extra parts to do that. I have my boots on the top shelf. You can only get 2 pair of adult shoes/boots on each shelf.

It is plastic and metal. Very easy to assemble. Very tall. I only built it to 8 tiers for space outside of my closet and then the other 2 tiers I put inside the top shelf of my closet. I love that I was able to use one product in two capacities.

Flimsy but it’s cheap. It works, it’s easy to put together and it’s great for shoes. Would not work for anything of weight but it’s a shoe rack. It does that job.
