The quality was not upto the mark this time. Does not contain 13% protein ### ⭐ Only 10.8% protein, not 12.8% as described *by M***D on 15 June 2025* I am very satisfied with Urban Platter products but this T65 flour was not as described. I have successfully used T55 of same brand for burger buns and croissants but my bloomer recipe called for flour with at least 12% protein. I had successfully used Josef Marc T65 (at 13.2% protein) so decided to try Urban Platter T65 as it was mentioned on the description as 12.8% protein. However product received, although marked as T65, was only 10.8% protein, which is the same as T55 product.
