The shoes work well for traction on the board and dry out well afterword in front of a fan for an hour or two. And they are great for river shoes just walking around.

These are my favorite shoes I own. I've used them in and out of the water several times, gone in the mud, wakeskating, skateboarding, in and out of the lakes, etc. They withstand a lot of abuse and won't come apart. They are also very fun and fashionable.
