For those considering a 9007-to-sealed beam conversion
I have an F250 XLT that I converted from the OEM composite (9007 bulb) headlights to the XL sealed beam (H6054) headlights, so I could run these LED headlights. The LED low beams throw light about as far as the OEM 9007 headlights. The differences are that the LED low beams throw light much wider than the 9007 headlights, and the LED high beam is like the sun.I also got a chance to run H6054 halogen sealed beams, and compared to those, these LED headlights are literally night-and-day. I couldn't see around corners with the H6054s, but the LEDs have great peripheral lighting. Better than both the 9007s and H6054s by a long shot. With the LEDs, I can clearly see two lanes on either side of the vehicle. The 9007s let me clearly see the lanes on either side and barely see the second lane over. The H6054s let me sort of see in front, and barely see the lanes on either side. That said, the LED beams (low and high) are very spotty. There are hot spots and dark spots, unlike say a projector with smooth, consistent light output across the length and width of the beam. I'd say the hot and dark spots are slightly worse than the 9007 headlights, but definitely better than the H6054 headlights.Overall, would I recommend it? If you're going from sealed beams to LEDs, absolutely 110%. But if you have 9007 headlights and are on the fence between these and doing an HID projector retrofit, I'd definitely go with these LEDs if hot spots don't bother you, you drive with your high beams a lot, and/or make lots of frequent stops (turning HIDs on and off a lot can kill 'em prematurely).Update: Got to experience these lights in the dead of night for several hours. These LEDs can light up reflective signs that are half a mile or more away with just the low beams. The throw of actual usable light on the road with the low beams is about as far as the original 9007 headlights, or about double that of the H6054 headlights. The high beams are incredible. They light up the road nearly as much as a pair of Rigid Industries Dually D2 driving lights. The D2's give a bit more light right in front and a bit more light higher up (the trees are brighter), but it's very close. And with the D2's + high beams, I almost need sunglasses.

#1 The product description sucks. I purchased these thinking there was a hi-low ...
I hooked these up to my car and only got a very bright light. The amount of light I was getting I was fine with but there didn't seem to be a hi-beam.I emailed customer support at rigid and they told me there was no hi-beam as hitting hi did nothing. This is untrue, I hooked up my lights wrong and only got hi-beam fixing the connection to connect correctly gave me both high and low.The only fault I have for these is there are now ones on here for 100$ 3x cheaper than these, and the connectors on the pigtails were ultra tight and came out of the housings when I removed headlights. For this reason, I have to return them as I don't feel that they will safely stay in the H4 socket now without coming out.For this, I'll give them 4 stars. As bad advice, caused me a bunch of work for nothing and in the end the product DID do what I wanted but the pigtails are now broken and need to be replaced.

Excellent Lights!
Way better than the stock headlights on my E-250. Now I don't have to use a flashlight to see where I'm going.

Ask forgiveness, NOT permission
These are the top of the food chain as far as 5x7 light replacement go's! Amazing light output, complete night and day difference! I bought 2 sets, one for a 93 Toyota pickup and another for an 88 Chevy van. Completely plug and play on both vehicles. I've read a few reviews with worries about temperature and weather conditions affecting the lights performance, as they (being LED) don't throw much heat to melt off snow and ice. I can confidently say that this has been a non issue for me. I live in western Wyoming where temp's have ranged from -30 to 40 degrees and 400" of snow this winter so far. Rain, snow, sleet, ice... nothing can touch these lights! Dont cheap out on substandard LED's, you get what you pay for! Worth every penny of the cost for these insane lights, you will not be disappointed!!

These are awesome!
These are an awesome upgrade from the stock halogens. It had gotten to the point where my headlights were weak and I had a hard time seeing at night. These things are awesome. They’re a little pricey, but definitely good quality.I haven’t experienced the icing issue that people have talked about, since I’m not in a cold climate, but it makes sense and it’s something I’ll be keeping an eye out for as I travel.

These lights are absolutely amazing. Install is a snap
These lights are absolutely amazing. Install is a snap, and light output is night and day from the old halogens. Aiming is simple, the center of the beam creates a triangle, so getting them aimed correctly is a snap. Lights throw a super wide flood pattern, in the center lane of a three lane road there is plenty of light to see the shoulder and beyond. I have only gotten flashed a couple times, and it was on hilly back country roads. The only possible downside I've seen is that they are a little too bright in really foggy situations, other than that they are perfect. Great pattern, tons of output, and amazing looks! Well worth the price over halogens

Excellent product, extremely bright!
Awesome headlights, dropped right in, plugged right in, and worked flawlessly. Bought 2 sets of these and did 2 trucks today. Fit right in the buckets of the 2001 ford superduty fleet model trucks with no bucket trimming. Havn't seen them in the dark yet but had an extremely wider and brighter pattern on the shop door. These are one of the only d.o.t. legal 5x7 led headlight bulbs i could find and they have heaters built in to keep the lense thawed out. I installed these on wildland fire trucks so i cant wait to get feedback on how much better the crew can see on the job.

I’d buy these again...
Fit in my 91 d150, bee a couple months and I’m enjoying them so far. There is a flicker (barely notice it) but only on day running lights.

Look sharp and produce great light.
Light are very bright definitely an upgrade. Only problem is on my old dodge there is no high or low beam when the running lights are on they flicker constantly. But as soon as you turn the lights on its steady and very bright but the voltage change between high and low is muffed some where nothing happens when you hit your brights. Didn't really fit that great they are a little deeper than your standard halogen. Only reasons I gave it 3 stars other wise it's a 5 star product Other than that very happy with the product look sharp and produce great light compared to the old halogens.
