Much higher quality than I thought it would be. I saw the mentions about the tips falling off so I super glued them before starting.First set of throws went about 60 yards! It takes no time to learn, and you can get accurate very quickly. My favorite thing to do is throw off a hill as far as I can.I did break off one of the points because I threw it so far it hit the road at the end of our property(!). Its a good challenge in learning how to best aim & use distance, using the same concepts from archery,as far as aiming & distance, but learning how to let the spear-thrower do the work for you - it takes alot of the stress off your arm, and lets you concentrate on developing your throwing technique.
