It comes with 3 boogie collection suction heads. This is great for when you fill one up and need to change it out real quick since they are letting you do this in the first place. It comes in a carrying case since it's not going to fold and has multiple parts. The mouthpiece is easy to keep in your mouth because of the stops and this actually lets you regulate the airflow a lot more accurately, allowing you to be very gentle.My one year fought me on this at first but then starting coming to me for it when she got the crud that went around.
