Very easy to apply, NO strong smell, this is natural.Get yourself a bottle of apple cider vinegar,(4 oz) gloves, a towel for drying your hair, and a plastic mixing container!.Pretty much, that's it !!. "read directions, it's really easy I promise" , takes around 45 minutes . (Do a forearm test if you've never used henna before) just in case you're allergic. When I first used it on my hair, I thought I was in heaven because it completely covered my grays. But it left my scalp very itchy for weeks. Even after washing my hair, it left sandy particles in my hair for weeks. Which means they added sand to stretch the henna. My hair started falling out and breaking uncontrollably. This product also includes para-phenylenediamine. Para-phenylenediamine dyes caused severe allergic reactions and could be fatal. BE AWARE!!! Henna does not come in many different colors as this product is being advertised. Henna only comes in red, depending on your hair color.
