I drink more than enough water per day, 80-100 ounces, but realized I didn't feel hydrated. My BF recommended electrolytes. When I saw the last ingredient was Himalayan Salt, I decided to keep looking. I did not want salt water like the IV.I ended up looking at the ingredients and saw that the MG count of sodium was over a third of what others were. So, I gave it a shot.I was not disappointed in any way. The flavor is mild, and tastes great. I actually feel hydrated with all my water. And I dont feel dried out even now that we have hot weather.If you're over the salt water taste of the others, definitely give this a try.
