They are highly adjustable, between 140-160mm in diameter. The metal itself seems decent quality and not overly thin, its steel and looks good new though doubtless will tarnish over time - doesn't really matter given this isn't a fixing you're likely to use anywhere highly visible. The screw adjustment is OK although its flathead whereas I would have preferred phillips or similar to prevent screwdriver slipping when tightening. However the internal screw itself is effective and doesn't slip on the notches when tightening, meaning you can cinch it as tight as needed.
