I understand the purpose of this contraption is to make locomotion with your surf board as efficient as possible. In order to accomplish this goal, light and apparently weak/cheap material is used. As I was putting the thing together, a bolt snapped from being tightened too much. This wouldn't be an issue, considering a bolt can be purchased for less than a dollar at your local hardware store, if it weren't for the design and the price of the contraption. For starters, the bolts are WELDED into the frame. So if you break a bolt, you're screwed. Second, bolts breaking says a lot about the quality of material; I was careful not to tighten it too much. This thing cost well over 200 dollars, not including shipping , and what you're getting is a cheap piece of equipment that would cost you less then $50 to build.
