Can’t wait to try it. I used 4 1/2 beans and a 1/5 of white rum. I scraped 1/2 a bean and put the caviar in with a 1 1/2 cups of organic sugar. Just toss the husk in with the rum. Everything is set to age six months. Tip- when making the sugar- use a part of the sugar in a bowl and stir in the caviar until it’s well incorporated into the sugar. Then pour it into the mason jar add the rest of the sugar and shake it. Once it’s evenly distributed in the jar you can tuck it away for a bit. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ THE BEST! *by B***H on February 22, 2021* I have made my own vanilla for a few years now. When I bought these beans the first time I was absolutely amazed at the speed they infused flavor into my vanilla "concoction". I use these because their flavor as well as aroma is simply the BEST I have ever tasted or smelt. If you use real vanilla, this will make a huge difference in your end product. The better the ingredients the better the outcome.
