A: I am a small size 6 myself and bought an xs but found it much too uncomfortable to get on and off. So next time I would buy a small size to prevent any tears or damage to the item. Hope this helps.

A: I ordered my a M I'm a 12 size and it fits perfectly, I use it for my runs and I don't fancy loose tops.

**Q: Is this suitable as a base layer for running in?**
A: Yes, on cold days. I can wear this on it's own in 5°C-10°C weather or with a top layer as well on days below 5°C. It has a fleece lined inside so is nice and cozy but doesnt overheat, especially good in British winters.

Great item in terms of warmth, thickness and value for money. I purchased this top for skiing and it is very warm in the cold conditions. It doesn't feel cheap whatsoever and it is also just a great basic to have in the cold months. However the only problem I have with this top is the size, I purchased a XS and I usually fit into size S or XS and it is very, very long, not as long as. it looks in the picture. The tightness is perfect, just longer than to my waist and the sleeves are slightly long as well but it isn't too bad when folding. I would go for a size smaller if I were you as it isn't true to size.
