I bought them mostly because I got a pair of defective KZ AS06 that had the debris screens fall of and decided that risk wasn't worth taking twice. I am mostly pleased with their performance. The silicon material is soft and pliable, wrapped around a tube of harder material. easy to insert and remove from the ears. I was actually able to use the Small-size tips, where I would usually use Medium. This may hold true and someone who usually wears Large tips to wear Medium. The inner tube is where the screen is installed. And it makes it a little harder to install these tips onto IEM because the exposed softer silicon that slides onto the IEM is 1/2 to 3/4 the length it would usually be because of how far the inner tube extends through the softer material. As for the difference with the different color boxes. The OS100 Blue Box tips have the largest hole for sound to go through, OS200 Red is in the middle, and OS300 Black have the smallest. Also, the Blue Box tips despite having the largest holes of the 3 types are smaller then the the sound passages of other ear tips...especially the ones that are one piece and do not feature an inner inner tube. Some of the tips had consistency issues with how they are constructed. The soft silicon does not sit flush with the inner tube on some of the tips leaving a crooked arrangement. I was able to fix some of these with hand/finger pressure. If you need tips with a built in screen it's pretty much these or Comply. It does provide better clarity, though I could tell I wouldn't need it for my Marsno M2 earbuds let alone the fact my songs are FLAC quality.
