I workout 5 times a week for 2 1/2 to 3 hours at a time of continuous circuit training with both machines and free weights. These gloves have met every thing I thought they would. They are well built. nice padding, great fit and hold up under the constant abuse I put them under. The gloves I have used in the past only last a couple of months and they need replace. After a week of use with these glove, I am not seeing much wear and no tear.I could see these lasting for more than 6 months and most likely longer. For the price of the glove, that is an excellent value. I will be ordering a couple of pairs of these to keep in my bag as backups. SPRI gloves are solid -- decent construction, provide good protection when handling weights/plates, etc. Comfortable overall. To be clear: These are not for heavy lifting -- palm padding is too light for that. But for a regular workout + floor work (push ups, pull ups, etc.) these get the job done.
