Sometimes I'd charge it for a couple hours and it wouldn't work. The charger is European and although it comes with an adapter it's very flimsy and wouldn't stay in place. The smell is the other thing that I didn't like. The filter comes with a cleaning/ deodorizing solution but the smell still lingered and was intensified when used. I hope they work out some of this stuff because it was great when it did work! I have ferrets and the poop is small enough that it got sucked up easily.
