The wicking band under the brim is handy. I'm also a big of caps that don't have the ugly adjustable band and hole in the back.So you wouldn't be disappointed in this hat, but if you shared my tastes you'd be happier with the smaller side-logo and better fit of the  UA Curved Brim Stretch Fit Cap  or the better aesthetics and centered logo of the  UA Blitzing 3.0 Cap . Still, this cap isn't bad. As far as training goes, I like going to the gym wearing a hat to keep the sweat off my eyes and face. I have got to say that this one is like no other. The mesh allows your head to breathe and keep your body cool. My average cap made me very hot to the point where I almost past out after running on the treadmill. With this cap I can exercise for about two hours and still feel like a champ.
