Thanks ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unbelieveable! *by W***1 on July 7, 2012* I bought the stick from the VitaminShoppe for $19.99 and it didn't last that long, but it made me sweat like crazy!!! I also noticed that it gives you a tingling feeling while working out to let you know it's working. I took the advice of someone that use to be a Star Athlete and made myself a sauna shirt with a trash bag, so I wear that under two shirts and a sauna belt and my waist and stomach are dwindling away. To add; I also eat a low carb regimen most of the week in order to get the best results and I drink lots of water every day (10-12) to be exact.
