A: Sorry if I mis-interpreted the question. "Protect the device user/wearer", to me, means protecting a human against ambient EMF radiation.

**Q: Will this work for a IPhone 6S+????**
A: I have a Galaxy S5 (with the bulky Otterbox), which is only slightly smaller than the 6S+, and the bag fit my phone with tons of room to spare. You shouldn't have any problem fitting your phone in this bag at all.
