## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is  a OEM hood pin**
A: Im unsure of which hood pin you are referring to.  However, all the connections needed for installation are compatible with the OEM ODB2 connection under the driver dash. This is the same connection that a dealership would use to run a "check engine" light check.  The main "programming box" included in the kit has a connection that plugs into the back of that ODB2 connection. Then the original harness that connects to your ODB2 port plugs into the harness they provide.  Hope this helps. If not let me know.  Good luck.

**Q: Why is a 2013 fusion not listed, Will it work with a 2013?**
A: No.

**Q: After installation does anyone have a problem with their windows no longer auto rolling up with 1 push of the window button?**
A: I do not have this problem

**Q: Can this remote start turn on your engine while hooked up to 110vac or 220vac?**
A: Assuming you mean for a hybrid vehicle,
I can say for sure, but it seems that
it works independently from the rest
of the electrical systems.

Works great in my 2016 Ford Fusion! Install was fairly easy, I was able to reach the OBDII interface from behind the dash. So was very easy to install and setup. It does not turn on the window defroster or anything, but I found that I just leave the settings and tempature on the controls and it will use those. Today was the first cool morning and I started my car from inside the house and when I got in it was heated and warm already. I am very pleased.
