I'm 5'5" and 135-140lb and I got the M/L.The first time I wore these, I ended up changing out of them pretty soon because they are uncomfortably tight around the waist. The second time, I stretched them out a whole bunch, and they were alright for an hour or so, but then they started to get really uncomfortable.I was at dinner, so I couldn't easily change that time, so I borrowed actually pair of scissors from the hostess and just cut the top inch or so of elastic right off! Voila, now they fit perfectly! They won't run if you do this because there's a separation between the control top and the elastic band, which you can easily see if you hold it up to the light, so you're not actually cutting into the tights yet, but just above them.Because of this little hack, these tights were worth it! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very thick material *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States on January 31, 2023* If yo want some cute tights that will keep you a little warmer than normal tights… I would suggest these.
