If the full description of the bowls is accurate, the color and note described for each bowl will match the musical note and color of the 7 chakras most people talk about (root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown). The 432 Hz will be a reference to the A.4 note (which will refer to the third eye chakra) and is slightly off the standard 440 Hz used by most musicians to tune their instruments. It is impossible for all the bowls to be different notes, but the same frequency ... Michigan Tech has a decent list comparing the different frequencies for note A.4 and how the frequencies of the other notes will line up when the 440 Hz is changed to 432 Hz. Anyway, the A.4 frequency shouldn't matter as it is only a reference note ... the important bit is whether or not the musical notes are verified upon manufacture and that there be no sharps in the set. Hopefully they did that. **Q: What notes are the bowls tuned to?** A: Hello dear customer. These bowls are tuned to 432HZ. The set includes 12"C note, 11"D note, 10"E note, 9"F note, 7"G note, 8"A note, 7"B note. **Q: How do you Identify the bowl with the chakra? Do you have any stickers?** A: Mine did not come with markings on the clear bags. How can I tell which is which bowl? **Q: How fragile are these? I want to use them in the "field"** A: Hello, dear customer. These bowls can be used in the field. You must use them correctly and carefully. Thank you ! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fast delivery *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 19 May 2026* Great quality bowls, excellent delivery time ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fast delivery, excellent product *by on Reviewed in Australia 15 December 2025* Arrived a day early, in perfect condition and sing beautifully. Thank you. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful sound and beautiful looking *by on Reviewed in the United States 22 February 2024* This is my first set of bowls. They look beautiful and sound beautiful. The tone lasts a long time and some, when played together, make gorgeous chords. Mine are not perfect pitch -- They are between -37 and +20 cents away from perfect pitch, but are great for my needs. They come with very well-padded bags for transport. I would suggest being careful when unpacking them and saving the plastic bags that each bowl is wrapped in. The plastic bags will help you get the bowls out of the padded bags more easily if you ever transport them. One reviewer mentioned putting each bowl in one of those thin cloth shopping bags before putting them in the separate padded portion of the case, but I think the plastic bags that they are shipped in will work very well. Since the bowls come packed in the plastic bags they are free ;) . I will be using this set of bowls for sound healing sessions with my yoga and meditation group participants along with metal bowls and instruments I already own. I am excited to have these at a reasonable price. ## Frequently Bought Together - CVNC 432HZ 7-12 Inch Set Of 7 Pcs Frosted Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls With 2 Pcs Carrying Case bag Sound Healing - Nuanchu 3 Pieces Crystal Singing Bowl Mallet Set, Include Thick Suede Striker Solid and Hollow Sound Bowl Stick, Crystal Singing Bowl Rubber Mallet with Wood Handle for Playing Bowl(Silver) - Seven pcs Cloth O-ring Playing 6-12" 8-14" Crystal Singing Bowl (6-12inch) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/242541778-cvnc-432hz-7-12-inch-set-of-7-pcs-frosted](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/242541778-cvnc-432hz-7-12-inch-set-of-7-pcs-frosted) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-17*
