Review: Worth Every Dollar!!! - Skeptical at first for the price but worth every dollar. I do a lot of work on my feet with protection dogs and constantly moving around and running. These fit perfectly in my Solomon shoes and now they feel even better than before. Will definitely be getting more insoles for other shoes!
Review: Don’t knock ‘em until you try them! - When I was first told about performance enhancing insoles I was a bit skeptical. After doing some research I was very impressed and had to find out for myself. Looking at all of the options on the market there was a clear choice of which I should go with and they were the VKTRY Insoles. The many videos I watched during my research sold me. Still a bit skeptical, once my new pair of insoles arrived I had to put them to the test. The first day of using the insoles it took some getting used to the new feeling of my shoes. They were really stiff and didn’t really form to my foot. That being said it is very important to follow the break in instructions because after the break in period they were amazing and performance aside they were just comfortable compared to the stock insoles of my Nikes. As a 230 lb male 5’ 9” these insoles definitely put a bit of pep in my step during activities like playing pickle ball. I’m not so much of a jumper but I felt like I could move quicker on my toes and even jump for some shots that I wouldn’t normally jolt for. At the end of the day these insoles 100% have benefits and I can see how they can really improve some already elite athletes. Lately with the weather getting warmer I have now been using this insole while hiking in my boots and they offer fantastic support on all types of terrain. If you have been wondering if these are worth the investment the answer is yes! I think that every pair of shoes no matter what they’re used for should have a pair of VKTRY insoles!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: 1. How are VKTRY Insoles customized for each athlete?**
A: VKTRY Insoles are designed to be highly personalized based on age, body weight, and sport. Gold VKs come in 5 levels of flexibility because a bigger athlete needs more spring action than a smaller athlete

**Q: 2. Do I need to remove the insoles that came with my shoes?**
A: Yes, to have the space needed for the VKs and your feet to fit comfortably inside your shoes, we recommend you remove the factory insoles from the shoes.

**Q: 3. Is there a break-in period to adjust to the insoles?**
A: Yes, 3 - 5 light 30-minute training sessions on or off the court are recommended until there's no discomfort and you get used to the insoles. See our insert in the box for full break-in instructions

**Q: 4. If I am on the border of a weight level, should I go up or down?**
A: We usually recommend going down. Weight level is a big factor in determining baseplate flexibility. While a higher Pro Level may provide more spring, it’s important that you are able to comfortably flex your feet for the insoles to be effective.

**Q: 5. I have plantar fasciitis - are these insoles a good choice?**
A: These insoles designed with structured arch support, a stable heel cradle, and shock-absorbing cushioning to help redistribute pressure and soften impact on hard surfaces. Plantar fasciitis is often linked to repetitive strain on hard surface impact.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great fit, form quickly, seem durable
*by J***H on August 2, 2026*

Give them a few days to form to your feet. I broke my heel six months ago and have tried just about every over advertised insoles. These are not cushions. Softness is not the answer nor is it good for your feet. They are however very adaptable and feel better once they form properly.
