If you share your vehicle with a Siberian Husky, you already know the situation: fur on everything, muddy paw prints after every outing, and a back seat that looks like it belongs to someone who lives in the woods. I needed a solution, and the Honest Dog Car Seat Cover delivered. I've been using this in my Subaru Crosstrek, and it fits the back seat nicely without a lot of awkward bunching or sagging. The side flaps are what really sold me — they keep the fur and mud contained to the cover instead of migrating onto the door panels and seat sides, which is exactly what was happening before. Anyone with a Husky knows that hair finds every gap, so having that extra coverage makes a real difference. The material handles the abuse well. We're talking a dog that sheds like it's a full-time job and comes back from every park visit looking like she's been mud wrestling. The cover keeps it all corralled, and when it starts looking rough, I just pull it out, toss it in the wash, and it comes back looking good as new. The removal and reinstallation process is straightforward — no wrestling match required. If I had to nitpick, getting the fit dialed in perfectly the first time takes a few minutes of adjusting the straps, but once it's set, it stays put reliably.
